2. Purpose of this website

This website provides general information about Oranjedam’s activities in digital infrastructure assessment, development and project coordination.

Its content is not an offer, investment recommendation, valuation, or legal, tax, engineering or other specialist advice. It should not be relied upon as the basis for an acquisition, investment, financing or development decision without project-specific investigation and appropriate professional advice.

3. Project information

Any reference to a project, development route, capacity or opportunity is subject to verification and applicable conditions.

Website content does not confirm available electricity capacity, transport rights, ownership, planning permission, exclusivity, financing, authority to transact or a commitment from any third party.

Oranjedam may update or withdraw website content without notice.

4. Enquiries and engagements

Sending an enquiry, exchanging information or attending an introductory meeting does not, by itself, establish an advisory, brokerage, development or other paid engagement.

Any engagement, fee, reimbursement, exclusivity or authority to act must be expressly agreed in a separate written agreement by authorised representatives.

These Website Terms do not replace a signed engagement agreement or non-disclosure agreement.

5. Confidential submissions

Please do not submit commercially sensitive documents, personal identification documents or third-party confidential information through an unsolicited website enquiry.

Where confidential project information needs to be exchanged, the parties should first agree an appropriate confidentiality arrangement and communication channel.

Submitting information does not transfer ownership, grant exclusivity or create an obligation for Oranjedam to pursue a project. You must be entitled to share any information you provide.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, rights in the website’s original text, branding and other content belong to Oranjedam or its licensors.

You may view, download and print reasonable extracts for internal business evaluation, retaining any ownership notices. Republishing, commercially exploiting or using Oranjedam’s branding to imply an affiliation or endorsement requires prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

7. Acceptable use

You must not interfere with the website’s operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, impersonate another person or use the website unlawfully.

Dutch law applies. Disputes concerning this website may be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, subject to mandatory rules on jurisdiction and consumer protection.
